Who is the Espresso Trainer ?
EspressoTrainer.com is a project that is operated by coffee lover and espresso aficionado, Jason Haeger.
Jason also owns and operates Texas Coffee People, a networking and community website for the specialty coffee industry in the state of Texas. The only site of its kind in the area.
He has taught a milk frothing workshop at the TX Barista Jam in November of 2006, has given a seminar on advanced espresso preparation at the AZ Barista Jam in January of 2007, and has contributed to an Alternative Brew Methods article in the June/July 2006 issue of Barista Magazine.
Fresh Cup Magazine has also featured his view of the purpose and mission of the SCAA Barista Guild of America.
EspressoTrainer.com was born out of the growing need for high
quality espresso preparation and coffee brewing instruction. It seems
every year, more and more specialty coffee retailers are opening and
closing, for various reasons.
It also seems that most of these retailers open their doors
without ever having been properly trained in high quality espresso
preparation techniques and general coffee practices. The results can
be experienced first hand all over the United States. If you want to

anyone can point you in the right direction. If you want to know where
