Barista Training

Barista Fundamentals
Everything a barista needs in order to be highly successful on the espresso bar in a quality driven atmosphere.
This training includes technique training, customer interaction training, drink building, common recipe training, milk frothing techniques, basic espresso diagnostics, and more.
The course lasts one full day, with a half-day followup for review and practice. Content includes lectures, hands-on training, and supervised practice time.
By the end of this course, a barista should feel confident that they are ready to offer the very best in coffee retail service.
Advanced Barista Theory
Everything in the Beginner’s course, and more. In order to teach, we believe it is required that the instructor understand as much as possible about espresso extraction theory, preparation theory, holistic coffee philosophy, brewing theory and techniques, and how to transfer the knowledge, and more importantly the passion, to new hires and existing employees.
One of the keys to staying on the cutting edge of the industry is on-going in-house training on a regular basis. There is always more to learn. A student of this course will learn everything needed to maintain high standards as an overseer of your retail coffee program.
(Includes too much to list in detail)
